Terms & Conditions are applicable to all Villas and Apartments

Boutique Villas Lanzarote are the booking agents appointed to manage all listed properties in this website on behalf of the properties owners. Our policy is to ensure you book with confidence. 

On arrival you will be provided with a contact name and number in case you have further questions or any issues that may need resolving during your stay. 

Booking:

Deposit: 

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellation by the Guest: 

Your booking deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel between 60 days to 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of final payment will be refunded.

Less that 60 days notice is non refundable

Cancellation by agent:

We cannot accept responsibility for matters out of our control, e.g. natural disasters, industrial disputes, terrorist activities, threats of war, extreme weather etc. 

If the issue affected is related to the property that you booked e.g. flooding or fire etc. we will endeavour to find similar suitable accommodation, if we are unable to do so we will refund you 100% of your booking. 

We do try our very best to be as accommodating as we possibly can, in exceptional circumstances where you may need to cancel, it may be possible to transfer a deposit paid for a particular villa over to another. In these circumstances, the deposit will be held by us until the booking has been confirmed.

Insurance: 

You are entirely responsible for adequately insuring all members of your party.

Complaints:

If you have any complaints or maintenance issues during your stay please contact us and we will do our best to rectify during your stay at a time which is convenient for you.
