Casa Cristal is situated in the heart of the exclusive Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen. It is a short ten-minute walk to the old town, with beautiful harbour and scenic views. Shopping, bars and restaurants are available in abundance, it’s everything you need for the best holiday yet.

Our villa owner’s attention to detail and sense of style is evident in the furnishings and décor throughout Casa Cristal. Everything is equipped to a very high standard – from soft furnishings, fully air-conditioned areas, to all the modern day to day kitchen equipment to make this villa your home from home. There is a utility room with a washing machine and drying space for you to use. The villa is secured with a modern security alarm system, giving you peace of mind during your stay.

The living space is fitted with a high-tech state-of-the-art entertainment system, allowing you to catch up on your favourite television shows whilst on holidays. The split-level dining room and lounge area gives you a relaxing haven to dine, relax and lounge at your leisure.

Free WIFI, Pool Table and Dart Board ensures no guests will be bored during their stay.

Casa Cristal has four spacious bedrooms sleeping up to ten people.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area through the glass patio doors.

The second bedroom, is a double room with a super king size bed,while the Third Bedroom a twin room has two single beds. The pool area can be accessed directly from both rooms through secure glass patio doors, making it very convenient and safe.

The fourth bedroom is a twin room with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.

Two shower rooms are situated between the three bedrooms for shared access.

Outside the grounds of this luxury villa, it has a stunning swimming pool, which is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind during your stay.

For all the avid chefs out there, there is a state-of-the-art purpose built-in barbecue with ample seating for you to enjoy dining al-fresco.

The garden is surrounded by high walls, which offers you total privacy.

Smoking is not permitted indoors, we kindly ask you to use our patio area if you wish to smoke.

Cleaning:

• Two/Three persons: clean on arrival only
• Four persons +: up to 9 nights clean on arrival only
• Four persons +: 10-14 nights clean on arrival and mid stay full clean etc, towel and linen change

There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person staying.

Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
